Billing Prices and Policies
IBC
bills on an hourly basis. There is a minimum of one hour billing
for any length service call. Prices are subject to change
without notice. All bills will be invoiced at time of service
and are due upon completion of services rendered.

E-mail
consultations are free for one month from date of last PAID
service. After that they are billed at regular hourly rate.
Refunds
for hourly billing of service will be issued if at any time
you feel that the services rendered were not satisfactory or
you feel we have not met your desires, NO QUESTIONS
ASKED.
Sorry,
purchase of systems, hardware, software, peripherals, accessories
during the course of our service cannot be refunded. Refunds
may be collected from the vendor from which the above items
were purchased and are the sole responsibility of the buyer,
not IBC Corporation or any of it's personnel.
